Degree Celsius (for-profit business) is a joint venture between Terrain NRM Ltd (nee Wet Tropics NRM), the designated regional body responsible for managing the Wet Tropics community’s natural resources, and environmental services business BIOCARBON. strategic regional initiative – the first of its kind in Australia – will pool and broker the carbon sequestered from natural resource management activities of the Wet Tropics and adjacent regions.
